HMGP Requirements

To qualify for the HMGP grant you must meet the following criteria :

  • You are an eligible participant in the Road Home program; (NOTE: Even if you received a zero award letter from Road Home, you may still be eligible for money through the HMGP.)
  • You have a Road Home number;
  • You selected Road Home Option 1 – Keep your home;
  • You are still the owner of the home;
  • You need to have current flood insurance.

What we will do for you

Roubion Construction will deliver a complete turn-key elevation project. What we do for you:

  • Obtain elevation survey
  • Obtain all necessary permits
  • Order engineer plans
  • Paper work as applicable to all grant programs
